Phil Ingram Photography - Model Megan

The Sunday following the shoot with Susan I had a similar shoot with Megan. Megan is a professional dancer, proficient in all forms of dancing and had worked/danced at the Moulin Rouge in Paris for 3 years. She was very easy to work with and the shoot was fun. She took direction well and could really extend her body into positions and poses that I requested - I guess that this was her training in dancing that was coming through.

Megan didn't want dance shots (I guess she has enough of those), merely to do a fitness shoot and she is also very keen on the gym and keeping fit. With the inside shots generally 2 off camera flashes in umbrellas were employed. Outside only one flash in an umbrella was used, and the sun was used as a rim light. As with other recent shoots I have also cropped the photos for head shots.

I have suggested to Megan that we could possibly do another 2 shoots. One in a gym and a second in a studio where we could do a cabaret theme to combine her dance expertise with fitness. She is warm to the idea of these 2 shoots, and is also likely to ask her sister, who is also a dancer, if she would like to be included.
